The Health District expressed concern over the
injection of drainage runoff into the existing high water table. After
checking with the State Water Quality Control Board, it was determined that
waste discharge requirements would not be imposed.
This plan then was approved for construction and applicable permits
issued.
We do understand that your clients, the Coldani's, are in the process
of working out an agreement with the developers to have the required reten
tion, percolation pond moved to another site on the Caldani property. If
I this agreement in fact is reached, we would have to approve the alternate
plan for the pond which has been designed for the• appropriate. percolation,
etc: and -have assurance-that a-.drainage agreement is recorded as well.
I
i In the mean time, if we can be of further assistance on this matter,
please feel free to call.
Very truly yours,
r
r Henry M.
