Martin <br /> 14958 N. Thornton Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b) <br /> b. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed <br /> in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. A waste water <br /> treatment plant study acceptable to Department of Public Works and San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division is required prior to the approval <br /> of the improvement plans of any work within the site. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> C. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded for <br /> or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development title Section 9-1100.3(d)) <br /> d. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> e. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of (state specific) <br /> Final Map recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these <br /> services are either bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval.
