All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> Note: This application requires a discretionary approval, <br /> (e.g. Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, <br /> a grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space (s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C.
