The ODS shall submit an air impact assessment (AIA) Construction Permit through 4- <br /> providing the quantified NOx and PM emissions associated with Project operations. The 31;Final <br /> ODS shall incorporate mitigation measures identified by SJVAPCD into the Project to EIR,pp.4- <br /> reduce the annual NOx and PM emissions associated with Project operations by at least 4 through <br /> 33.3%and 50% respectively over a period of ten years. These reduction requirements 4-5 <br /> shall be met through on-site emission reduction measures. If necessary to offset any <br /> excess annual NOx and PM emissions not reduced by on-site measures, the applicant <br /> shall pay a monetary Offsite Fee to SJVAPCD,as calculated under Rule 9510. <br /> TRANS 5.5-1: Three of the existing eight parking stalls located along the Burger King frontage During Design San Joaquin Issuance of LS Draft EIR <br /> on the shared access road shall be removed or realigned to allow for an expanded Review and County Public Building pp.5-22 <br /> southernmost driveway and access road. This may be accomplished by extension of the northern <br /> edge of the driveway to accommodate the required width, or by other means that are <br /> approved by the County Public Works Department. <br /> The expanded driveway shall be delineated to include one large entering lane and one <br /> large exiting lane. The total width of this driveway shall not exceed the maximum width <br /> specified by the County for commercial driveways.
