CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600118(LA) <br /> FOOTHILL RESOURCE PARTNERSHIP, LLC/DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600118 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on July 13, 2016,which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on January 12, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 3. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Megan Aguirre, [209]468-3144) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the <br /> revised site plan dated July 7, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel One shall be a minimum of 40 acres in size and Parcel Two shall be a minimum of <br /> 10 acres in size. <br /> d.
