A big rig was parked facing west and,according to the driver,the rig was <br /> leaning to the right side and the fuel from the left side tank filled the right side tank and fuel came out <br /> the right side fuel cap. Less than 5 gallons of fuel was released onto the street gutter area which <br /> flowed down to some din and pavement near a storm drain. Diesel did not enter the storm drain. <br /> Absorbent was applied by the fire department. SJ County Public Works arrived to sweep up the <br /> contaminated absorbent and soil and transport to the SJ County Public Works yard according to <br /> Environmental Health's instruction. <br /> .. <br /> Page 3 <br />
