Thornton Road, Thornton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements can not be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b) <br /> b. Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health Division for a sewage treatment <br /> plant for the entire development until public sewers are available; at such time connecting <br /> to public sewers will be required. The plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> C. Obtain discharge requirements form the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development (Porter-Cologne Water Quality <br /> Control Act, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> d. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system <br /> meets State standards prior to recording the final map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> e.
