Community Development Department on February 10, 1998, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> i <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> { This approval will expire on August 12, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3144) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded <br /> { prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands <br /> to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department_ The legal descriptions shall be prepared, <br /> stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per <br /> Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. EASEMENT FOR ACCESS TO PARCEL 1: A 25-foot-wide easement for access to <br /> Parcel 1, along the south side of Parcel 2 and across the Western Pacific Railroad <br /> tracks, shall be provided prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. The <br /> easement shall be included in the required property descriptions. <br /> C. PRIVATE RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIRED: A Private Right-of-Way application shall be <br /> required prior to development of Parcel 1. (Development Title Section 9-1150.14) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 368-3004) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required.
