j Lot Line-Adjustm-it Requirements for Parcelstder Williamson Act <br /> II <br /> �I <br /> The original contract must be rescinded and a new contract applied for. <br /> All of the following statements must be answered yes in order to qualify for a lot line adjustment. <br /> YES NO <br /> 1. The new contract will enforceably restrict the adjusted boundaries of the new <br /> parcels for not less than ten years. 4>< <br /> 2. There will be no net decrease in the amount of acreage restricted.(If two parcels <br /> involved in a lot line adjustment are both subject to Williamson Act contracts, <br /> this finding will be satisfied if the aggregate acreage restricted by the new <br /> contract is at least as great as the aggregate acreage restricted by the <br /> rescinded contract) <br /> 3. At least 90 percent of the land under the former contract remains under the new <br /> contract. <br /> 4. After the lot line adjustment, the parcels of land subject to a Williamson Act <br /> contract will be large enough to sustain agricultural use (minimum twenty <br /> acres), as that term is used in Section 51222 of the Government Code. <br /> 1 5. The lot line adjustment will not compromise the long-term agricultural <br /> productivity of the parcel or of other contracted lands. x <br /> 16.
