Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An application for a Report of Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, <br /> Article 4, Section 13260). Please contact Scott Armstrong (916) 464-4616. <br /> B. Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the proposed <br /> winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. That written <br /> acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through an engineered closed loop system <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. A $250 plan check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
