Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) prior to <br /> recordation of the final map under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 2 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> a. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> 3 . Connection to a public sewer system is required for Lots 2 and <br /> 3 at time of development. <br /> All conditions of approval must be met prior to the issuance of <br /> building permits or prior to initiation of use if building permits <br /> are not required. You have 18 months to complete the conditions of <br /> approval. This 18 month period will end AUGUST 22 , 1992 .
