AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-91-51 <br /> C. 6 H. INVESTMENTS <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a <br /> Record of Survey is required. (New legal description shall be <br /> submitted to Surveyor 's Office for review. ) <br /> 2 . New description must reflect correct distance with qualifiers <br /> to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 3 . The access on Thornton Road for Lot 3 is restricted for <br /> ingress only, and shall be a provision of the Recorded Deed at <br /> time of conveyance. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) prior to <br /> recordation of the final map under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 2 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> a. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> 3 . Connection to a public sewer system is required for Lots 2 and <br /> 3 at time of development. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor ' s Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br />
