(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 3) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Charlie Kuoch APPLICANT: Golden West Environmental <br /> ADDRESS: 9350 N.Thornton Road APN: 072-450-01 and-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Thornton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> Wagner Heights Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> Any permits,dedications,and/or improvements for Thornton Road and Wagner Heights Road shall be as per <br /> City of Stockton. <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support the <br /> application for this project: <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> 1. Due to significant traffic volumes generated by this project,the applicant shall conduct a traffic impact <br /> study prior to approval of the application. Applicant shall comply with all mitigation requirements <br /> stipulated in the study. The applicant shall contact the Department of Public Works to complete the <br /> traffic study. An administration fee shall be paid to the Department of Public Works for review of the <br /> study. <br /> Upon approval of the requirements above,the following conditions of approval shall apply: <br />
