(APN 072-020-54) (PA-0500607) (UP) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comment: <br /> Should the San Joaquin County approve the subject application, the following condition of <br /> approval must be included, as Thornton Road is under the control and authority of the City of <br /> Stockton: <br /> 1 . The owner/developer shall dedicate and improve Thornton Road within the limits of the <br /> legal parcel as needed to comply with the adopted Thornton Road Specific Plan. Full <br /> frontage improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway <br /> installation, pavement widening and street lighting shall be installed per City of Stockton <br /> standards prior to operation of the proposed structure on this site. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
