CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800290 (LA) <br /> STEVES/MORRIS ENGINEERING&SURVEYING, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800290 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on March 18, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on September 16, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shallbecomplied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the <br /> resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped <br /> and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section <br /> 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
