As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $100. 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-9430, 9-9433) <br /> f. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> g. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Building Code Section 10. 207 , <br /> San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-lc and the <br /> Manteca-Lathrop Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit.
