The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
