Market <br /> Stockton CA 95201 <br /> The permit application to remove 1 underground storage tank from the above referenced <br /> facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to scheduling removal appointment provide contaminated soil disposal location <br /> and hauler information. Or provide this office with a permit to treat hazardous waste <br /> onsite. <br /> 2. Remit underground storage tank disposition tracking record, page 10 of application, <br /> with section 4 complete prior to scheduling removal appointment. <br /> 3. See pages 7 & 8 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br /> 4. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 5. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 6.
