Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> HARRIS CONSTRUCTION PROPERTY <br /> APN 063-220-31,Lodi, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has been retained by Mr. Bud Harris to perform a <br /> Surface/Subsurface Contamination assessment of the property identified as San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 089-160-34 and located along Tokay Colony Road near Lodi, <br /> California, California(the subject property). <br /> ftw The purpose of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent feasible, <br /> any real or potential surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses of the <br /> subject property that could lead to liability in the event of ownership, that could have a potential <br /> impact on property value,or that could impact the present or future use of the subject property. The <br /> report includes evaluation of nonpoint sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural <br /> chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as above-ground or underground fuel <br /> storage tanks,septic systems,or chemical storage areas. San Joaquin County Ordinance 9 905.12(a) <br /> was used as a guideline to perform this assessment. <br /> 1/ 2.0. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property was located southeast of the City of Lodi, San Joaquin County, on the south <br /> side of East Tokay Colony Road between Hibbard Road to the west and North Jack Tone Road to <br /> the east.Land use of the surrounding properties was mixed agricultural,generally barley and alfalfa, <br /> and residential complexes on 5-acre parcels.Figure 1 shows the setting of the subject propertywhich <br /> was located in the southeast quarter of Section 25,Township 3 North,Range 7 East,Mount Diablo <br /> Base and Meridian (7.5 Minute United States Geological Survey (USGS) Topographic Series, <br /> Waterloo Quadrangle,California, 1978).The map shows the subject property located at an elevation <br /> of approximately 65 to 70 feet above mean sea level and in a general area of low topographic relief, <br /> gently sloping to the southwest. <br /> The subject property was undeveloped land partially covered in weeds and grasses at the time of the <br /> site reconnaissance. The northwest corner was cleared and leveled for a future residential complex. <br /> The subject property had no on-site water source or sewer/septic system; the property utilized an <br /> irrigation well across the street to the north,with water piped beneath the road to the property. The <br /> subject property Parcel Map is depicted in Figure 2;photographs of the subject property are provided <br /> in Appendix A. <br /> The 9.67-acre subject property was recorded as APN 063-220-31 with no site address listed. The <br /> property owners were listed as Gerald and Donna Harris, 12647 East Tokay Colony Road, Lodi <br /> California. <br /> .� Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
