Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report HARRIS CONSTRUCTION PROPERTY APN 063-220-31,Lodi, California 1.0. INTRODUCTION Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has been retained by Mr. Bud Harris to perform a Surface/Subsurface Contamination assessment of the property identified as San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 089-160-34 and located along Tokay Colony Road near Lodi, California, California(the subject property). ftw The purpose of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent feasible, any real or potential surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses of the subject property that could lead to liability in the event of ownership, that could have a potential impact on property value,or that could impact the present or future use of the subject property. The report includes evaluation of nonpoint sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as above-ground or underground fuel storage tanks,septic systems,or chemical storage areas. San Joaquin County Ordinance 9 905.12(a) was used as a guideline to perform this assessment. 1/ 2.0. SITE DESCRIPTION The subject property was located southeast of the City of Lodi, San Joaquin County, on the south side of East Tokay Colony Road between Hibbard Road to the west and North Jack Tone Road to the east.Land use of the surrounding properties was mixed agricultural,generally barley and alfalfa, and residential complexes on 5-acre parcels.Figure 1 shows the setting of the subject propertywhich was located in the southeast quarter of Section 25,Township 3 North,Range 7 East,Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (7.5 Minute United States Geological Survey (USGS) Topographic Series, Waterloo Quadrangle,California, 1978).The map shows the subject property located at an elevation of approximately 65 to 70 feet above mean sea level and in a general area of low topographic relief, gently sloping to the southwest. The subject property was undeveloped land partially covered in weeds and grasses at the time of the site reconnaissance. The northwest corner was cleared and leveled for a future residential complex. The subject property had no on-site water source or sewer/septic system; the property utilized an irrigation well across the street to the north,with water piped beneath the road to the property. The subject property Parcel Map is depicted in Figure 2;photographs of the subject property are provided in Appendix A. The 9.67-acre subject property was recorded as APN 063-220-31 with no site address listed.
