SAN JOAOUIN COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND BUILDING INSPECTION
1810 E. HAZELTON AVE.. STOCKTON. Clearly delineate (by shading, cross-hatch, etc. ) areas desig-
nated for access back to kennel area. Include access details
onto Tokay Colony Rd. including any culvert details.
2 , Detail on-site drainage if other than culvert along road and
show direction of on-site runoff. Contact the Department
of Public Works if assistance is required for #1 or #2 .
3 . Show proposed septic and leach line details for kennel as
well as for house.
4 . Show a detail of one of the runs - are they covered and paved
with concrete; is there access into the barn for each run?
5. On the notes indicate how many dogs the kennel will accomodate,
also number the runs on the plan, and show where the dogs
will be housed.
6. Will the dogs be kept indoors at night? Since noise from
barking dogs is a commom complaint it would be helpful to
put a note to this effect on the site plan.
7 . Show what part of the barn will house the dogs so that the
Local Health District can appropriately condition the kennel.
It may be helpful to contact Jim Miller of the Local Health
District as soon as possible in order to familiarize yourself
with their standard kennel requirements.
DEC 2 9 1987
ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH
FERMIT/SERVICES
