(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Joseph and Terri Almond APPLICANT: Chan Jasty <br /> ADDRESS: 12786 E.Tokay Colony Road APN: 063-280-26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Tokay Colony Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The wood power pole shall not be placed in the County right-of-way. <br /> 2. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$194.33 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.)
