Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> recordation of the final map or letter of approval indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A permit for <br /> the percolation test is required from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> b._ Submit improvement plans designed by a registered engineer to <br /> the Environmental Health Division for review. Plans foir the <br /> development shall include the well locations, building <br /> locations, and all subsurface sewage disposal areas . <br /> If soil suitability study is favorable. <br /> C.
