These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. / <br /> 1. Remo of waste water hoses that extend out of Guest house. <br /> '11"o 14-44", <br /> 2. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 3. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
