Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The proposed snack bar sales are limited to prepackaged non-potentially hazardous food. If the <br /> food display area is less than 25 square feet the facility will be exempt from the requirement to <br /> obtain a food permit from the Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> If the food display area is over 25 square feet and/or food is prepared on site, an EHD food <br /> permit will be required. The applicant must submit two (2) sets of food facility plans to EHD for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Retail Food Code, Article <br /> 1, 114380). A review fee of $390 is required at the time of submittal. <br />
