CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-48 <br /> Bacchetti <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-48 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 19, 1997, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 21, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been fled with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. `Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community i <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. NOTICE OF NONRENEWAL: A Notice of Nonrenewal shall be initiated by the owner of <br /> Parcel 2. A fee is required. <br /> 2.
