<br /> DETERMINATION made. if all findings can be made the requested waiver will be approved. This decision can
<br /> be appealed to the Planning Commission.
<br /> • FINAL ACTION Unless appealed, the action of the staff Is final.
<br /> • CERTIFICATE OF K the Parcel Map Is waived, Certificates of Compliance must be recorded for the new Parcels
<br /> COMPLIANCE This recordation must be completed within 2 years of the date of approval.
