Any driveway or access road that exceeds 150 feet in <br /> length from any public roadway shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10. 207 , San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, <br /> & F-lc prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> f. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code shall be <br /> performed prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100) . <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> parcel #1-4 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well on parcel #1- <br /> 4 under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) . <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical nitrates prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and run by a State approved lab. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05) . <br /> 4. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY: <br /> a. Roadway and Access Easements shall also be shown as <br /> Utility Easements on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. Any existing PG&E facilities affected by the project <br /> shall be relocated or placed underground at the owner ' s <br /> or developer ' s expense. <br /> 5. TRACY PUBLIC SCHOOLS: <br /> Note: A copy of the letter received from the District is <br /> attached for your information. <br />
