If you wish to contest this action, you may file an appeal at the Development Services Division office. The ten-day appeal period will expire on November 2, 1992, at 5: 00 p.m. If this date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day. If no appeal has been filed, the action will become final at that time.
