A fee based on the current <br /> fee schedule is required for the processing of the legal descriptions. (Development Title Section 9-890.4) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Certificate of Compliance. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 910.20) <br /> 3. Proposed private access and utility easements across Parcels I and 2, including turnaround accommodations <br /> at their terminations and corner cutoffs at intersecting roads, shall be provided for the benefit of Parcels 2 <br /> and 3. The required easements shall be described on the Certificate of Compliance and shall be noticed on a <br /> recorded Notice of Minor Subdivision Restriction. The Notice shall read as follows: <br /> We also hereby make an irrevocable offer to provide private access and utility easements across <br /> Parcels I and 2,including turnaround accommodations at their terminations and corner cut-offs at <br /> intersecting roads, for the benefit of Parcels 2 and 3 upon conveyance of any of the parcels to another <br /> party. <br /> 4. All Certificates of Compliance in areas of special flood hazard shall contain an additional description which <br /> indicates its relationship to the parcel and shall contain the following information: <br /> (a) The location-of-any watercourses. <br /> (b) The extent of the one hundred year flood elevations. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a State <br /> NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects <br /> disturb less than 1 acre of soil and is not part of a larger common plan of development, are required to <br /> obtain coverage under the current General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with <br /> Construction Activity. <br /> (ii.) All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure in the area of special flood hazard <br /> shall be elevated or floodproofed in accordance to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-1605.12 <br /> (a), (b), and(c). <br /> (iii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.
