Mr. Marchini stated that <br /> the employee housing mobile homes at the southeast corner of the Site probably <br /> date to the 1940s or 1950s. <br /> Mr. Marchini indicated that spray tanks are filled at the domestic well south of the <br /> packing shed. He stated that there are three domestic wells on the Site, two <br /> near the shop and one in the building cluster at the southeast corner. No <br /> irrigation wells are located on the Site, he said. <br /> Mr. Marchini indicated that equipment maintenance is performed on the Site. He <br /> stated that used oil is picked up periodically by Van de Pol. <br /> Mr. Marchini was not aware of any underground fuel tanks, buried trash, <br /> dumping, or other environmental issues affecting the Site now or in the past. <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> Hazardous Materials Records <br /> • The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site address of 9010 West Howard Road, as well as the additional <br /> addresses associated with the Site (8990, 9000 and 9030 West Howard Road, <br /> 7757 and 7780 West Undine Road, and 15410 South Tracy Boulevard). <br /> Live Oak reviewed records on file for the Site on October 2, 2015. The file <br /> included a Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Facility Permit valid <br /> through December 2014. Also on file was an Aboveground Petroleum Storage <br /> Program Survey Form indicating that a 900-gallon gasoline tank, three 300- <br /> gallon diesel tanks, and two 55-gallon drums of waste oil are maintained on the <br /> Site. The Response Module paperwork on file indicated that 1,500 gallons of <br /> diesel, 1,000 gallons of gasoline, 500 gallons of oil, 300 cubic feet of acetylene, <br /> 1,800 cubic feet of propane, and 600 cubic feet of oxygen, as well as sulfur, <br /> waste oil, and solvent, are stored on the Site; the Response Module was dated <br /> 2009. The Agricultural Hazardous Materials Inventory from 2010 indicated that <br /> 1,000 gallons of diesel, 900 gallons of gasoline, 150 gallons of oil, 221 cubic feet <br /> of acetylene, 500 cubic feet of oxygen, 1,000 pounds of sulfur, 250 gallons of <br /> waste oil, and 55 gallons of solvent are stored on the Site. <br /> Copies of the records from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br /> • <br /> LOGE 1522 6 <br />
