Due to potential high groundwater and proximity to the livers, the Environmental Health <br /> Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tavd( <br /> usage. This must be perfur med prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin <br /> County Development INtle, Section 9.1105.2(4)). A review fec of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manua) for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required .for each parcel.
