(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Surinderpal Atwal APN: 253-120-33 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Tracy Boulevard has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> as per the City of Tracy. of 84 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be obtained from the City of Tracy. Any dedications, <br /> improvements or permits for Tracy Boulevard shall be as required by the City of Tracy. <br /> 2-. The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the fequirernents of <br /> San Joaquin G.aunly Standards <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $184.17 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Tracy area.
