Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit a map showing sewage information for the existing office to the Environmental Health <br /> Department showing sewage and well information that clearly delineates the proposed <br /> locations as required by ordinance requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4). <br /> B. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $260 plan check fee is required at <br /> the time of submittal. <br /> C. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated hazardous <br /> material stored onsite at, cers.calepa.ca.gov, for all regulated Certified Unified Program Agency <br /> (CUPA) programs. <br /> D. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> E. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Provide sample tap between the well head and the pressure tank. <br />
