Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> D. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> E. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> ejPA-0700594 <br />
