1) Please acknowledge and note the location of the proposed bus turnout/stop along the <br /> Neighborhood Park frontage instead of this Neighborhood Commercial frontage along Tradition <br /> Street. <br /> m) Provide onsite civil improvement plans for the Child Care Center: <br /> i. Show details of connection points. <br /> ii. Any unused stubs need to be capped at the property line. <br /> iii. Provide outdoor seating area protection (e.g. bollards, planters) from errant vehicles. <br /> n) Provide cut sheets for proposed equipment (such as backflow prevention devices, double check <br /> valves, etc.) used at points of connections. <br /> o) Provide details for on-site storm water management plan. <br /> p) The species of trees called out in the landscape strip along Parco and Modena are not consistent <br /> with the NH D Landscape Guidelines. Please revise. See attachment for approved species. <br /> q) Provide details for the understory landscaping used in the parkway strip along the frontage road. <br /> r) This landscaping should be consistent with attached NH D Landscape Guidelines. <br /> s) Are the proposed driveways to be both entrances and exits? <br /> t) Show the sight line triangles for driveway exits. <br /> u) Please confirm with the county that the on-site landscaping and architecture is being reviewed for <br /> consistency with the Commercial, Office and Industrial Design Manual. <br /> 5) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Naseem Ahmed, [209] 831-5666) <br /> a) Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) <br /> (California Retail Food CDde, Article 1, 114380). The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. <br /> b) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> c) Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must <br /> report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/and comply with the laws and regulations for the programs <br /> listed below(based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases). <br /> i. Any amount but not limited to the following hazardous waste; hazardous material spills, used <br /> oil, used oil filters, used oil-contaminated absorbent/debris, waste antifreeze, used batteries <br /> or other universal waste, etc. — Hazardous Waste Program (Health &Safety Code (HSC) <br /> Sections 25404 & 25180 et sec.) <br /> ii.
