Transportation Ct., French Camp <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> A review fee of$650 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$130 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $260 plan check fee is required at <br /> the time of submittal. <br /> D. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated hazardous <br /> material stored onsite at, cers.calepa.ca.gov, for all regulated Certified Unified Program Agency <br /> (CUPA) programs. <br />
