' KLE/NFELOER
ed'h'N"'.RyMblmbne.
' 5 SEPTIC PERMITS AND PERFORMANCE
1
SJCEHD files were searched to identify septic and well permits at parcels in the project vicinity.
Four septic system permits were on file for the subject parcel, and consisted of permits for two
' new systems, and two subsequent repair/additions. One of the systems is a MicroSepTec system,
the other is a conventional septic/leach field system. There were no well permits on file for the
subject parcel.
Fifty-nine permits were reviewed for parcels located adjacent to or near the subject property.
' These permits were for new installations and repairs/additions to existing septic systems, new
wells, repairs and destruction of wells, soil borings, and percolation testing. The permitted sewage
disposal systems on adjacent parcels were for conventional septic/leach field systems. The
permits viewed and a summary of information obtained from the permits are presented on Figure
' 4. Copies of the permits are included in Appendix A.
1
1
' 20162869.001A/ST016R38644 Page 5 of 15 April 19, 2016
©2016 Kleinfelder
1
