I realize these parcels have been on the map for many years. I feel that at the time these <br /> parcels were established, little to no thought was given to the impact to ground water in the <br /> area from septic systems due to overpopulation. I have serious concerns in regards to the re- <br /> occurrence of a-coli bacteria found in area wells. I take special measures to assure safe water <br /> for my dwelling at a cost and do not want the water quality to be further compromised. <br /> 2. 1 feel that this road is being put in to allow the development of these parcels. This would <br /> substantially add to the ground pollution from septic systems, as well as increase the <br /> population to the area. Because these parcels are yet developed, I feel they should fall under <br /> the 5 acre minimum or not be allowed to develop. After review of the assessors parcel map, <br /> these parcels appear to be small than 5 acres. <br /> In summation,I am requesting as a condition, that the properties be resurveyed to 5 acre <br /> minimum parcels each. Additionally, I would like an environmental assessment of the subject <br /> properties to determine the potential for contamination to surrounding properties and ground <br /> water due to additional septic systems.
