I realize these parcels have been on the map for many years. I feel that at the time these parcels were established, little to no thought was given to the impact to ground water in the area from septic systems due to overpopulation. I have serious concerns in regards to the re- occurrence of a-coli bacteria found in area wells. I take special measures to assure safe water for my dwelling at a cost and do not want the water quality to be further compromised. 2. 1 feel that this road is being put in to allow the development of these parcels. This would substantially add to the ground pollution from septic systems, as well as increase the population to the area. Because these parcels are yet developed, I feel they should fall under the 5 acre minimum or not be allowed to develop. After review of the assessors parcel map, these parcels appear to be small than 5 acres. In summation,I am requesting as a condition, that the properties be resurveyed to 5 acre minimum parcels each. Additionally, I would like an environmental assessment of the subject properties to determine the potential for contamination to surrounding properties and ground water due to additional septic systems. I would like to see mach systems and engineered testing conducted to prove the environmental studies in regards to the septic system impacts.
