i <br /> i E. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental Health <br />` Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public <br /> water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> f G. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $230 plan check fee is required at <br /> the time of submittal. <br /> If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> /P <br /> Office of Emergency Services <br /> If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD.
