Tully Road, Lockeford <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> indicating that the proposed density of the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must <br /> be performed prior to recordation Final/Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of <br /> $465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation and final of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:tl <br />
