SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT <br /> Portion of Section 30,31 T4N, RBE,MDM. <br /> San Joaquin County, California <br /> A Lot Line Adjustment is proposed. A copy of the Map is attached. <br /> OWNER: Union Pacific RR <br /> Present use: Land is cleared. A portion has been used for truck parking. Mostly <br /> weeds at present. <br /> Acres: 3.2 Acres per Map <br /> This report applies to the Lot Line Adjustment The requirement for this report is <br /> found in The Development Title, San Joaquin County, in Section 9-905.12. <br /> HISTORY OF PARCEL <br /> The major land user was the Union Pacific RR. A train depot existed on the site <br /> until 1975, when it was removed. The land has been vacant since then, per Mrs. <br /> Taylor Winn, of Winn Trucking at 19555 N. Tully Rd. <br /> VISUAL FIELD INSPECTION <br /> A field inspection was completed on Jul. 9, 2001. The site is vacant and growing <br /> weeds. . No evidence of chemical contamination was found. Access is from Tully <br /> Road. A wrecked vehicle is located on the site. One truck was parked on the site. <br /> A retention/detention basin has been constructed near Tully Road.It is possible <br /> some underground utilities remain that supported the depot activities. Any such <br /> utilities should be abandoned by permit. <br /> RECORDS SEARCH <br /> The Agricultural Commissioner's report, dated Nov. 5, 1999 does not reflect any <br /> record of chemical use. This report does not constitute a health report. No soil or <br /> water samples were analyzed. <br /> 2. <br />
