Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material, including the accumulation of steel and <br /> bulky wastes along the south side of the driveway must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> B.
