Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank and winery waste usage. This must be performed prior <br /> to issuance of a building permit(s) and/or certificate of compliance (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be <br /> paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> NOTE: Should applicant desire to take winery waste to an approved wastewater <br /> treatment plant, than applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department with a <br /> "Will-Serve" letter from the provider. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
