Turner Road,Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply.' These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region,prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. This must be performed prior to prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s)(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate <br /> loading study is required, and a review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of submittal <br /> to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> C.. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> r� b (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> i analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed <br /> sewage disposal replacement area. <br />
