Escotto; (209)468-3443 <br /> Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> RE: PA-0800180 (SA) REV, S00008403 <br /> 1150 West Turner Road, Lodi <br /> i <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> B. An addendum to the soil suitability study dated August 26, 2008 incorporating the revised <br /> project shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$610 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> i required for each parcel. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br /> j County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Note: Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental <br /> I Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be permitted <br /> as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br />
