Attachment to Revisions of Approved Actions <br /> Spenker Ranch, Inc., Dba Jessie's Grove Winery <br /> Pursuant to the approved Use Permit Revision PA-0200114, we are requesting approval <br /> to change the circulation pattern for all Tasting Room and Marketing event traffic; all <br /> ingress traffic will still come off of Turner Road, and all egress traffic will go to Davis <br /> Road. The Turner Road driveway is currently paved and the width will be 18 feet. We <br /> are requesting a variance on the surfacing of the Davis Road egress to chip seal versus <br /> pavement of concrete. The traffic flow expected will continue to be no different than for <br /> a small winery since our cased goods production is still approximately 6,000 cases. The <br /> egress driveway is also well within our property lines running along our vineyards. <br /> We are also requesting permission to place two tasteful directional signs on two corners <br /> of our property(dimensions are 3.5 x 2.5 feet, dark green lettering on white background), <br /> at Turner and Davis Roads, and Turner and DeVries Roads. This will facilitate traffic <br /> when the Tasting Room is open. Since our Winery is hidden in the middle of our 320- <br /> acre property, we are otherwise invisible to the tourists visiting the Lodi Wine Country. <br /> We have also put flags up, consistent with all of the other Lodi Wineries to make the <br /> entrances consistently visible to the tourists. <br />
