Turner Road, Lodi APN: 015-050-24 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Turner Road has an existing right-of-way width of 72 feet and planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road for parcel APN 015-050-24 to result <br /> in a twenty-five(25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of the private road across the west <br /> property line.
