Turner Road, Lodi <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. '� A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) on parcel #2 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaqu.
