Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation <br /> of non-point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage <br /> areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of <br /> submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 905.12). <br /> A review fee of $250 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated March 6, 2013 and <br /> it has been approved. <br /> B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of parcel <br /> map. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of <br /> $250 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the <br /> remainder is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br />
