UP-97-1 OF SEBASTIANI VINEYARDS, INC. <br /> (C/O MIKE SMITH) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant, Sebastiani Vineyards, has submitted a Use Permit <br /> application to expand an existing winery located on the south <br /> side of Turner Road, at the Southern terminus of Ray Road, west <br /> of Woodbridge. The applicant is proposing to add a 125, 000 <br /> square foot warehouse, a 2 , 800 square foot office, an 8-truck <br /> loading dock, 62 new parking spaces, and a storm water retention <br /> basin. <br /> The proposed Use Permit application will be heard by the Planning <br /> Commission on March 20, 1997 . The Community Development <br /> Department has reviewed this application and will be recommending <br /> that it be approved subject to the following recommended <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. ^C was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on "C. The effective date of approval is ^C. This <br /> approval will expire on ^C, which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br />
